A piggy back image (camera mounted on the telescope) of a little section of our Milky Way. Near the center, the Southern Cross (tilted about 90º). The dark zone near to Crux is called “the coal sack”. The pale pink coloured sector at the top is Eta Carina nebula, a very interesting object of wich I included more photos in forward. The big stars at botton are alpha and beta Centaurus. Other objects are seen, like lambda Centaurus nebula. 25 minutes using kodak E-200 film and a 50mm lens.
